Hi, I’m Taylor — a Red Seal Chef with over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry. My journey has taken me from international hotels and fine dining restaurants to cozy cafés and bakeries, shaping a deep appreciation for every detail that creates an exceptional dining experience.

At Peak + Pine Kitchen, food is more than a meal — it’s an experience. Rooted in the Pacific Northwest and now based in the French Alps, I bring a fresh, seasonal approach to catering and private chef services in Morzine and the Portes du Soleil.

I’m passionate about nutrition and wellness, and believe food should nourish, restore, and elevate. Every dish I create blends flavour, presentation, and integrity — whether it’s an intimate chalet dinner, a wellness retreat, or a mountain wedding celebration.
